Why hell yes it declined. When one adds the number of unemployed to the number of those moving out to "Californicate" other states, there OUGHT to be a decline in gasoline usage in the state!

Erwin Seba, did you get paid for reporting this? Yes, your title is technically correct but it leads the reader to expect some major news. 1 tenth of 1 percent? You are hardly reporting a trend. Definitely NOT newsworthy.
