Regular Gasoline. Even if you get better gas mileage with premium, it isn't worth the higher cost.

Looking at their site I found:
2008-01-08 06:20:05 GM to unveil hydrogen-electric Cadillac
DETROIT (AP) - General Motors Corp. will unveil a hydrogen fuel-cell-powered
Cadillac crossover concept vehicle at the Consumer Electronics Show
in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
CNBC News

There's probably more on this, if you want to look.

Notice: CNBC reported that GM presented their 'Hydrogen Car'
at Las Vegas' tech convention yesterday (or today?).
